Human interpreters or AI translation?
This is now the question we are asked most often. Both approaches are legitimate, but they answer different needs.
Human interpreters remain essential whenever the content carries legal, financial or medical consequences: negotiations, shareholder meetings, European works councils, medical congresses, hearings. They understand implicit meaning, convey tone, handle a speaker's hesitations, and correct in real time what a machine would render literally.
AI real-time translation has improved considerably and makes sense when many languages must be covered on a controlled budget: internal meetings, training, factory visits, public broadcasts. It appears as subtitles on screen or on participants' smartphones.
We offer both — and above all mixed setups: human interpreters on strategic languages, AI on secondary ones.
